This is a vintage SUPER RARE Czech glass brooch. The man in the sombrero has a blue glass face with red rhinestone eyes. There is discoloration on the bezel and prongs. DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS PIECE! It measures 1 7/8" tall by 1.75" wide. It is marked Made In Czechoslov. I believe this was made between the two world wars, 1918-1939, when light weight metals like aluminum were used.
